HOW TO REPORT SCAM/PHISHING EMAIL?

If the user is not sure or uncomfortable with the email message that he/she received, please do not hesitate to report the email received to the Information Security Team.

Below is the example scam email:

By clicking the ‘Report Message’ or ‘Phish Alert Report’ found on your Outlook, you will be able to notify the Information Security Team, and they will be the one who will review and block the email address once they’ve confirmed that it was scam/phish email. With this process, the affected user won’t be able to receive anymore the scam/phishing email from the blocked email address.
